2. What data we process
We process personal data that you voluntarily provide through the contact forms on this website — in particular your name and surname, telephone number, email address and details of the property offered or sought (type, location, price/budget, content of your message).
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
We process your data in order to handle your enquiry or offer, to communicate with you and, where applicable, to broker the sale or purchase of a property. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and the controller’s legitimate interest in handling the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR), or your consent to the extent it has been given.
4. Retention period
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to handle your request, for the duration of the contractual or business relationship, and thereafter for the period required by applicable law (for example archiving and accounting periods).

As a rule we do not pass personal data to third parties, except where this is necessary to handle your request (for example within our network of trusted contacts in off-market listings), or where you have given us your explicit consent.

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and the right to object to processing.
